In the U.S. it is available on Sprint, VCAST, Cingular, MobiTV, Altel, Amp'd and U.S. wireless. Internationally Comedy Time is distributed in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Canada, Mexico, South America, South Africa, the Philippines, Eastern Europe, and Singapore and is rapidly growing its international presence. Comedy Time is also available on broadband as a channel on AOL Video, Google Video, Yahoo!, Real Networks Superpass, ROO and others.

Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer David Goldman and President, Michael Goldman, two entertainment industry veterans, the company continues to expand its base, establishing worldwide distribution agreements, enhancing positioning with mobile carriers, establishing new original programming opportunities.
